This article explores the evolution of human rights discourse and practice in this dynamic context, examining how digital technologies empower individuals, amplify existing rights violations, and necessitate new frameworks for protection. It analyzes key areas of tension, including the right to privacy, freedom of expression, and non-discrimination in the online sphere.
